Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to the website, the create studio, the account area, and any related services we provide (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service generates music from the text you submit. Prompts, lyrics, style tags, reference audio, and model selection are combined into a request, and the studio returns generated audio, artwork, and lyrics. Generated output is produced automatically and may not be unique: a similar request from another account can produce a comparable result.

• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, and audio you submit.
• Generation is metered in credits, and a request may fail or be refused.

3. Accounts and sign-in

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for keeping access to it secure. We do not issue passwords, and we cannot recover an account whose Google identity you have lost.

4. Credits, plans, and billing

Paid plans grant a recurring allowance of credits that can be spent in the studio. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your plan renews automatically for the interval you selected until you cancel.

• Credits are a usage allowance for the studio, not a currency, and they are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Credits granted for a billing period expire at the end of that period and do not roll over.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account; cancellation stops the next payment.
• Price changes apply to future billing periods and are announced before they take effect.

5. Your content

You keep whatever rights you hold in the material you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that material, generate output, store the result in your account, and provide the Service to you. If your plan includes commercial rights, you may publish and monetise the songs you generate under those rights.

• You confirm you have the rights to the lyrics, recordings, and voice material you upload.
• Do not upload material you do not own or that you are not permitted to process.
• Do not use the studio to imitate a real artist or to reproduce a protected work.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to infringe anyone else. This includes generating content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or intended to deceive.

• No automated scraping, reselling of raw capacity, or account sharing.
• No attempts to bypass credit metering, rate limits, or queue priority.
• No content that impersonates a real person or misrepresents who made a recording.

7. AI output

The studio generates audio automatically. We do not review every generation, and we do not guarantee that output is free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. Rights in machine-generated output vary between jurisdictions; you are responsible for checking how they apply where you publish.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself, including its interface, brand, and underlying technology, remains ours or our licensors. These Terms give you a right to use the Service, not to copy it.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features, model versions, and credit costs may change as the studio develops.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used to attack the Service, or that we are required to close by law. Songs you already downloaded remain yours under the rights your plan granted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
