This policy applies to the website, the account area, and the create studio. We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to run the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of data.

• Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile image URL, and the Google account identifier.
• Studio content: the prompts, lyrics, style tags, and reference audio you submit, and the songs, artwork, and lyrics generated from them.
• Subscription and billing data: your plan, billing interval, subscription status, and identifiers issued by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data: credits consumed, generations requested, and the technical events needed to keep the Service reliable.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps, collected in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

3. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your Google password, we do not read your Google files or contacts, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above to create and secure your account, to generate music from your requests, to meter credits, to process subscription payments, to answer support requests, to detect abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. You can clear them in your browser, but signing in depends on them.

6. Service providers

We share limited data with the providers that make the Service work. Each provider processes data under its own terms and only for the purposes we describe.

• Google - sign-in and account identity.
• Stripe - subscription billing, invoices, and payment method handling.
• GPU and cloud hosting providers - running generation jobs and storing your library.
• Cloud hosting and database providers - running the application and storing account records.

7. How long we keep it

Account records are kept while your account is open. Studio content is kept so that your library stays available to you; you can delete individual songs from your account, and closing your account removes your content within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to us and we will handle the request within the period the applicable law allows.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

10. International transfers

We process data in the regions where our providers operate, which may be outside your own country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. When we make a material change we will note it on this page and update the date above.
